Voice, Speech & Language Connections is a private practice established in 2013 in Wellington.

The practice specialises in laryngology, that is, voice and airway/laryngeal disorders.

Who Am I?

Natasha Curham | BSpPath(Hons), MNZSTA, MLSA

Natasha graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Hons) from LaTrobe University Victoria in 2004 and since then has had a keen passion for all things laryngology!

She has had extensive clinical experience with dysphagia (disorder of swallowing) whilst working in adult hospital and neurological rehabilitation settings and also spent several years in a private practice focusing on voice at Voice Medicine Australia.

In 2008 she took off for the UK where she gained further experience in specialist Ear, Nose and Throat clinics and worked as the Senior Voice Therapist at St Bartholomews & the Royal London Hospital.

Since moving to New Zealand in 2012, Natasha has continued to contribute to the field.  She is the New Zealand Representative for the Laryngology Society of Australasia, the Co-Convenor of the NZ National Voice Special Interest Group and the Professional Lead for Speech Language Therapy at Capital & Coast District Health Board.
